AMACOCO / STAFF OBSERVATION
One staff observation recorded at Amacoco
This is an observation of one staff member during a pre-opening rehearsal. It includes personal sensations and visual observations described in the written record. It does not demonstrate a treatment effect or improvement efficacy.
During a pre-opening rehearsal, one staff member recorded facial and neck redness, itching, stinging and pain after using a new serum. This was not the regular treatment: Amacoco’s own hydrogen water was used after wipe-off cleansing. The serum has not been established as the cause.
After using Amacoco’s own fresh hydrogen water, the record describes redness appearing calmer and itching becoming less noticeable. However, redness or itching returned after sweating and after a shower that day. Hand dryness was also recorded the next day.
At present, we do not know what caused these observations.
This is one observation involving one staff member. It does not guarantee the same experience for others or that any change will last. It is not evidence of the effects of our regular menu.
About eight hours separate 15:00 and 23:00 on September 29, but recurrences were recorded within that period. This is not evidence that an effect lasted eight hours.

The face and neck framing is retained. Eyes, background, hair, clothing and accessories are pixelated for privacy; skin colour and brightness are not corrected. Lighting, angle and distance differ, so photos alone cannot measure redness or changes. All 26 distinct photos are shown; four exact duplicate files were excluded from the 30 files. Dates come from folders and the written record; no EXIF capture times are available. The hand record’s exact position within that day is unknown.
Before use
An identical photo is also stored under another time. The label reflects the folder; the actual capture time is unconfirmed.
Written record: facial and neck redness that morning. Participant: strong itching. A causal link to the serum is unknown.
Around 15:00, after use
Written record: some cheek redness remained; other areas appeared calmer. Participant: itching became less noticeable.
After sweating
The photos in this folder are identical files to photos assigned to another time. They are not shown as independent photographic evidence; only the written record is presented.
Written record: facial and neck redness returned after sweating. Participant: it felt less pronounced than that morning. Exact time unknown.
Around 20:00, after reuse
Written record: redness appeared calmer after reuse. Participant: itching was not noticeable.
Around 23:00, after shower
An identical photo is also stored under another time. The label reflects the folder; the actual capture time is unconfirmed.
Participant: redness and itching returned after a shower. After cooling with tap water, these gradually felt calmer over time.
Next morning
The photos in this folder are identical files to photos assigned to another time. They are not shown as independent photographic evidence; only the written record is presented.
Written record: some redness remained. Participant: stinging. Scratching was suggested as a possible reason, not an established cause.
Next day around 15:00, before reuse
Written record: facial and neck redness. Participant: stinging, including slight irritation with tap water.
Next day around 15:00, after reuse
Participant: redness and stinging seemed to settle quickly after use, which felt soft and pleasant. This was not an objective efficacy measurement.
Hand dryness record
Participant: dryness of the right hand used for application. The left was not wetted. Conditions were not standardized; cause and exact time unknown.
Next day around 23:00, after shower
Participant: used the water before leaving the shower; reported no return of redness, itching or stinging that night. Reason unknown.
Morning of October 1
Participant: no itching or stinging. Written record: a little redness remained on the most affected cheek; other areas appeared calmer.
Later (exact time unrecorded)
The participant later described feeling close to the previous state. No exact date or additional photos are available. This is not confirmation of a cure or a medical assessment. What caused the observations remains unknown.
